Miro uses the Product Alignment Document (PAD) to create structure and collaboration among product teams during the discovery, design, and post-launch stages of the product lifecycle. There are three main pieces to the document; the Opportunity Framing section which highlights the problem that's been identified and why it is important, the Solution Framing section which details how the team is planning to address the problem or opportunity and how they will launch it, and the Post-launch Recap which shares learnings and updates on the key success metrics.
The PAD is accompanied by the weekly Product Alignment Meeting. There are four possible outcomes from that meeting; proceed as is, approved but account for recommended feedback, directionally ok but follow up needed, or not approved and needs more work.
